Stippling ink portrait of a woman for sale

Stippling ink portrait of a woman: a woman with short hair in black ink on a vertical A4 sheet. The face and neck fill most of the page.

I built the shading with stippling. First, I place small dots to mark the darker areas. Then I add more dots where the light fades. Because of this, the skin moves from pale to deep without any solid line.

The close-up photos show the work from near. For example, you can see the dots on the neck and shoulder. In addition, you can see the eye, the ear, the short hair and the lips.

Original work: material and authenticity

I drew this portrait in black ink on 240 gsm fine art paper. The format is A4, about 21×29 cm. I made it in 2024. I signed it on the back (ref. 231A). Besides, I sign the front when I sell the work. It is a one of a kind original, and I sell it unframed. It comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by me. Shipping is free worldwide.
