Every work is packed professionally in the studio in Padua, Italy. Drawings and small works ship flat between rigid acid-free boards. Paintings ship in reinforced tubes or wooden crates depending on size.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination: typically 3–7 days for Europe, 7–14 days for the rest of the world. For large-format or fragile works, additional packaging time may apply.

With your work you’ll receive a signed certificate of authenticity with all artwork details — title, medium, dimensions, date, artist signature. This document establishes provenance and is essential for insurance, resale or exhibition purposes.
If anything is not as expected — damage in transit, incorrect work — contact the studio within 7 days of receipt. Returns are handled directly, without third-party involvement. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Yes. Every original work ships with a hand-signed certificate of authenticity documenting title, medium, dimensions, year and artist signature. Fine art prints also include Digigraphie® certification.
