Our return and refund policy for original artworks and fine art prints purchased on dariomoschetta.com
21. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your artwork, we offer the following return policy.
21.1 Right of Return — 7 Days
You may return any original artwork or fine art print within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To be eligible, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging, unused and undamaged.
21.2 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us by email at info@dariomoschetta.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
21.3 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the artwork arrived damaged or significantly different from its description. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.
21.4 Refunds
Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. You will be notified by email when the refund has been issued.
21.5 Damaged or Incorrect Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged or is not as described, please photograph the damage and the packaging immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours at info@dariomoschetta.com. In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund or a replacement at your choice.
21.6 Custom and Commissioned Works
Custom commissioned artworks are non-refundable once production has begun, as they are created specifically for the buyer. This exception will be clearly communicated before any commission work is started.
21.7 Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints (including Digigraphie® certified prints) are eligible for return under the same 7-day policy, provided they are returned undamaged in their original tube or flat packaging.
