Red wave abstract painting | Abstract express 808

Red wave abstract painting, 70 x 70 cm

This red wave abstract painting is an original mixed media work by Dario Moschetta. “Abstract express 808” shows sweeping curved strokes in deep red and pink on a white ground. Fine scratched marks fill the dark areas with texture. As a result, the surface feels rhythmic, dense and full of movement.

Texture and sweeping strokes

The materials include acrylic, oil, pastels, spray paint, stencil work and glue on canvas. The strokes bend and fan out in long waves. Moreover, the close-ups show how thin white lines cut through the red. The gallery also shows the work on a wall in a black frame, for scale. Therefore, you can judge the texture and the size before you buy.

Where this red wave abstract painting fits

The square format, 70 x 70 cm, suits a living room, a studio or an office. Because red and white contrast strongly, the piece becomes a clear focal point. Also, it works well on a neutral wall, where the red stands out. A square piece like this also looks balanced above a sofa or a console.

Original artwork, signed and ready to hang

This is an original artwork, and Dario Moschetta signs it on the back. It comes with a certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist. Moreover, the canvas ships stretched on a wooden frame 1 inch deep, so it is ready to hang. The painting is sold unframed. Then, it travels in a sturdy cardboard box with bubble wrap. UPS ships it by courier from Italy. Within Europe, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. For shipments outside the EU, allow 5 to 7 extra working days for customs documents. Finally, you buy directly from the artist, with no gallery in between.
