DARIO MOSCHETTA (b. 1973) is an Italian contemporary artist based in Padova, Italy. Architecture lover, he began working as a professional artist in the early years of the millennium.
His artistic technique combines acrylics and pastels, but he also often uses cut-and-paste digital printing to create works with vivid colors and defined lines. His skill in using artistic techniques has allowed him to create a wide range of artwork, from urban views to portraits to abstracts.
Since 2010 he begins to show in some galleries. In 2012 it is his first major exhibition at the Chiarugi atelier in Empoli with a series of large portraits. An exhibition follows in the renewed exhibition spaces of the Torre Velasca in Milan under the supervision of the Unipol Group and Urban Up (2016).
Later he participates in art fairs in London: Artrooms 2017 and 2018 edition, and The Other Art Fair of Saatchiart 2019 and 2020. Red Dot in 2017, art fair in Miami. Featured in “inside the studio” (2019) with video interview on Saatchiart website. He has been included several times in a collection by Saatchi online, and 3 times in physical catalogs always with Saatchi art (2019).
He works with the Publisher company Selected Artworks in Milan (since 2011). Collaboration with WendoverArt Publisher in Miami since 2014, alongside artists such as Shepard Fairey and Obey. Partner of Rossi-Asiaghi Art Services in London since 2017. Ongoing collaboration with Studio Valeria Girardi interior design in Milan.
Other professional partnerships include Unipol Sai (2015), Cleared Folio for film and TV set decoration (2019), Rosenstiel’s London (2019), Artfully Walls (2020), and Advertostudios London (2020) for animated shots and storyboarding. Collaborated with Le Dame art Gallery in the Melia White House near Regent’s Park, and with La Perla Company for a series of illustrations (2019).
Paintings and artworks are found in private spaces in Unipol Group offices, Urban Up Velasca, Hotel de Crillon in Place de la Concorde in Paris, New Risk Dawn insurance company in London. Articles in magazines and newspapers talk about him: The Guardian, Il Sole 24 Ore, Juxtapoz, THS Art, etc… Original artworks, paintings and drawings are found in private collections worldwide.
