1. Shipping Information
Which couriers are used?
All artworks are shipped with international couriers such as DHL, UPS, or SDA, depending on the destination and artwork size.
Each parcel is tracked and insured until delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days.
If an artwork is currently exhibited elsewhere, you’ll be notified immediately with an updated delivery schedule.
How long does delivery take?
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- Outside Europe: 3–10 business days
2. Payment and Orders
What payment methods are accepted?
Secure payments can be made via PayPal, credit card, or direct bank transfer.
Every transaction is encrypted and processed with full buyer protection.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can complete your purchase as a guest.
Simply provide your name, address, phone number, and email during checkout.
3. International Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship artworks to collectors all over the world — currently in more than 35 countries.
Each piece is packed carefully with double-layer protection and sealed documentation for customs clearance.
4. Security and Privacy
Is it safe to buy art online?
Absolutely. The entire website uses SSL/HTTPS encryption for secure connections.
Payments via PayPal or card are handled through trusted gateways that meet the highest security standards.
Your personal data is never shared with third parties and is processed in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Order Tracking
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. As soon as your package leaves the studio, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can monitor your shipment in real time until the artwork arrives safely at your destination.
6. About the Studio
Where are the artworks created?
Every piece is created in my studio in Padova, Italy.
The studio environment deeply influences the creative process and ensures each artwork is unique and personally curated before shipping.
7. Commissioned Artworks
Do you accept commissions?
Yes. I regularly create commissioned works for collectors, private homes, galleries, and interior designers.
To request a commissioned artwork, please email info@dariomoschetta.com with details about your idea, size, and preferred style.
You’ll receive a personal reply within a few hours to discuss timelines and pricing options.
8. Packaging and Authenticity
How is the artwork packed?
Each artwork is packed with multiple protective layers, corner guards, and moisture-resistant wrapping.
Large works are shipped rolled in rigid tubes; smaller pieces travel flat and framed when applicable.
Do artworks come with a certificate?
Yes. Every original artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming title, technique, and year of creation.
